The Club’s senior leadership has been part of an Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) working group hosted by the Grunin Foundation since fall of 2021, The culmination of this work was the creation of “Teens Take the Lead,” a fully-funded, three-year, collaborative youth empowerment program.
This summer, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County saw record-breaking enrollment of over 400 kids across all of our locations. Thanks to the generosity of the Jules L. Plangere, Jr. Family Foundation, 240 of our campers received full scholarships!
The Club had record-breaking enrollment at our summer camps in Asbury Park, Neptune, Red Bank, and Long Branch.
