Project L.E.A.D. (Learning, Earning, and Advancing Dreams) is our hallmark teen empowerment and employment program. A major component of Project L.E.A.D. is preparing our teens for lifelong professional success, which we achieve by giving our teens employment, life coaching, and training in soft skills. Javan and Kahmya (pictured below) have begun working with our long-time community partner, Coastal Habitat for Humanity, at the ReStore in Asbury Park. We are excited for Javan and Kahmya to develop their retail, interpersonal, and customer service skills at such a great establishment!
