MONMOUTH COUNTY — The area’s leading youth development nonprofit Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County (BGCM) is pleased to announce that several Eastern Monmouth County residents have been named as officers of the organization, while several others were named as new board members.

Janice Fuller has been named the new board president. The Ocean Township resident first became involved with BGCM four years ago and has served as a board officer for three years. She is the president of Mid-Atlantic at Anbaric, a business that develops offshore wind transmission infrastructure in New Jersey and is the former chief of staff to Congressman Frank Pallone.

“For 85 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County has made a positive impact on the lives of youth and teens in underserved communities,” Fuller said. “I am looking forward to strengthening our legacy by securing support to help us reach even more young people in need of our life-changing programs and services.”

BGCM Chief Executive Officer Douglas Eagles said the organization is pleased to welcome Fuller to her new role, as well as a new group of officers and board members to help support and advance the organization’s mission “to empower all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible adults.”
