Earlier this month, our Club was recognized at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Regional Conference in Boston for our innovative teen workforce readiness program, Project L.E.A.D. (Learning, Earning, and Advancing Dreams).

What began in 2018 as a pilot program for 10 teens in our Asbury Park Clubhouse is now being replicated internationally. It takes an incredibly dedicated team to administer such a high-impact youth development program.
