Every year, an amazing group of athletes gathers VERY early in the morning to turn their favorite sport into a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County. By the time you wake up each Thanksgiving, New Year’s Eve, or Super Bowl Sunday, Jersey Shore Masters swimmers have been in the Club’s pool swimming for hours, raising money for the life-changing youth development programs at the Club! Event organizer and owner of Jersey Shore Masters Swim, Brian Shea, says, “The Jersey Shore/Asbury Masters group appreciates how fortunate we are to have access to a 6-lane, 25-yard pool. Given that, when we have the opportunity to give back to the facility — and in turn the local community — we’re eager to do so.” The Club is so thankful for these incredible athletes and the thousands of dollars they raise each year for our kids.
