As 2024 comes to a close, we’re filled with pride and gratitude for all our Club, staff, and members have accomplished this year. It’s been a year of growth, innovation, and meaningful impact.
In the spring, we expanded our reach by launching three new school-based sites in Asbury Park, creating safe and supportive spaces for even more young people to thrive. Later in the year, we hosted our inaugural “Future Ready Fest” in Long Branch, a one-of-a-kind conference to prepare teens for college and career success.
This year, we were deeply honored to receive the prestigious Roxanne Spillett Honor Award for Trauma-Informed Practice & Youth Wellbeing from Boys & Girls Clubs of America. This recognition highlights our commitment to addressing the emotional and mental health needs of our members—a core value of our organization.
While these milestones are extraordinary, it’s the small, everyday moments that truly stand out: the pure joy on a child’s face at summer camp, the spark of curiosity during a STEM activity, and the pride in mastering a new skill. These moments of discovery and connection are at the heart of what we do, reminding us daily of our mission to inspire and empower the young people of Monmouth County.
Here’s to another impactful year ahead, filled with opportunity, growth, and countless reasons to celebrate!
