Ask any Club member or staff, and they will tell you that Aaron Styles is the heart and soul of the Club. This month he is celebrating 20 years on staff! We asked him some questions about his experiences over the years.

What is the best thing about working at the Club?
The thing I like most about working at the Club is its diversity. Our members come from so many different backgrounds with unique challenges in life. There’s never a dull moment, and I enjoy problem-solving and helping each member throughout the day.

What has been the most challenging?
The most challenging thing is not being able to spend time at every Club location. I’ve built relationships with staff and members at every site, and I wish I could have regular, consistent interactions with everyone every day.

What are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of my journey…from a young at-risk youth to the well-respected man I am today. I can’t believe it’s been 20 years!

What do you think our kids like best about you?
My energy matches theirs! And they always know I’m consistent.
