At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County, we’re always striving to enhance our programs and services for the youth in our community. Recently our leadership team—CEO Douglas Eagles, Director of Operations Daniel Rivera, Area Director Destiny Smith, Director of Programming and Wellness Integration Crystal Monsanto, and board member Cheryl Grant—attended an intensive and inspiring two-day conference in Atlanta. This event was hosted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America in partnership with the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
The conference, focused on scaling for impact, was an invitation-only gathering, with only 60 out of 1,100 Clubs selected to attend. The exclusivity of this event speaks volumes about the trust and recognition placed in our Club and its potential to create meaningful change. We’re thrilled to bring these innovative ideas back home, where they will shape our approach as we continue to expand our reach and deepen our impact.
