Teens at our Asbury Park Unit recently had the chance to sit down with professionals from New Jersey Natural Gas for a conversation about goal setting, mentorship, and what a career path can actually look like.

Panelists Fred Madera and Maurice Bruce led the discussion, sharing their own insights and experiences, while Club board member Kraig Sanders kept things moving as moderator. It was a natural, engaging conversation that gave participants a chance to ask real questions and hear from people working in the field.

By the end, the room was full of reflection — and a few new ideas about what the future might hold.
