We’re hiring! Working at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County means playing a vital role in shaping the futures of more than 1,800 young people each year.
We’re proud to share that earlier this month, our very own Area Director, Destiny Smith, was honored as a Phenomenal Woman Under 40 by the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore.
Back-to-school season means the return of after-school programs at all of our Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County sites—and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome our members back!

Campers dove into a hands-on science experiment to explore the secrets behind what makes bubbles pop, and how to create ones that last.
Our Club members recently got a powerful lesson in environmental stewardship thanks to a special visit from Clean Ocean Action. As part of their Be the Sea Change program, students were introduced to the story Sea Change by Joel Harper—a moving tale about a young girl who turns her concern over beach pollution into a mission to make a difference.
