Elayna maintains compliance with the Office of Licensing across all sites. She works closely with the Chief Impact Officer on our continuous quality improvement (CQI) processes, ensuring we give our kids quality programming, and she maintains childcare subsidies across all of our Units.
My favorite part of my job is going to all of our locations and building bonds with the members from all sites.
I love to cook, go to the beach in the summer, and do different things with my son.
The youth we work with. Despite what they deal with at home, I want the youth to realize that they have the capability to go to college and make a difference in the community that they come from.
