Site supervision, including oversight of daily operations, staff support, and program implementation, with responsibilities encompassing youth development, teen leadership, mentorship, life skills development, and program planning, along with facility rentals coordination and basketball program development.
My favorite part of the job is building relationships with the teens and watching them grow into confident leaders. Seeing their progress, creativity, and success over time is the most rewarding part of what I do. It’s especially meaningful to me because I joined the Club at 14 years old through the LEAD program, so being able to now serve as a staff member who helps manage that same program is a full-circle moment.
