Character and leadership development is one of our five core program areas, and we work to empower our members to positively influence their Club and their community. According to studies by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, 92% of members try to help when they see someone in need, and 84% believe they can make a difference in their community. Our Red Bank kids recently made “kindness capes” out of t-shirts, each selecting their own kindness superpower.
