By hiring junior staff, we help teens not only get ready for career success but also develop a strong sense of civic responsibility and a lifelong commitment to serving others. Our junior staffers develop interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a sense of community engagement while experiencing on-the-job Club work.
