Crystal Monsanto was one of several staff members who attended the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Northeast Leadership Conference this month. This year’s theme centered on our pledge to do whatever it takes to empower every young person who walks through our doors. “I am so grateful I had the opportunity to attend the three-day Club Director’s Academy. I met some dynamic people from other Clubs in the northeast region, and the seminars and workshops were so engaging,” reports Crystal, who has been our School-Based Program Coordinator for a year and a half. “The training was jam-packed with great practical leadership tools that can be used to ensure that both our staff and members have a high-quality Club experience! I’m so excited to share what we learned.”
