How long have you worked at the Club? 

I’ve been with our Club since 2017, but I joined the Boys & Girls Club of Ironbound as a member in 1996!

What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy seeing the impact that our programs and staff have on our kids. I know firsthand the type of impact the Club experience can provide; I learned how to shoot hoops, swim, and speak with confidence in large settings during my time at the Club as a member. Providing the same types of experiences for our future leaders is an incredible gift.

What is your motto or personal mantra right now?

“I surrender to the flow and have faith in the ultimate good.”

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?

My 9-year-old daughter and I review meals from the restaurants we visit while on vacation. We also review songs! She recommends newer songs that she likes, and I share classics that are meaningful to me. Then we give each song a brief review and score it from 1 to 10.
