Congrats to Our Project L.E.A.D. Grads!

We had a surprise celebration for Tysimia, Javan, Jimya, and Noah, graduates of Project L.E.A.D.!

Project L.E.A.D. (Learning, Earning, and Advancing Dreams) is our teen empowerment and employment program that helps young people build workforce skills through mentorship, employment, and educational attainment. L.E.A.D. prepares our teenagers with the hands-on work experience, soft skills, and confidence they will need to thrive in a 21st-century economy—with a clear vision for their future career goals.
