(Learning, Earning, and Advancing Dreams) is our teen empowerment and employment program that helps young people build workforce skills through mentorship, employment, and educational attainment. L.E.A.D. prepares our teenagers with the hands-on work experience, soft skills, and confidence they will need to thrive in a 21st-century economy—with a clear vision for their future career goals.
