Board member Matt Colford has been a valued member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County’s Board of Directors since 2023 and chairs the Club’s safety committee. Matt first became involved with the organization by volunteering as a mentor in our teen workforce-readiness program. His firsthand experience with our programs, staff, and Club members inspired him to take on a greater role in supporting the organization’s mission. We caught up with Matt to learn more about his professional background, why he chose to get involved with the Club, and how he spends his time outside of work.
