We are so proud of Club member Kimia, age 9, who was honored this month at the Kids4Freedom Safety Challenge ’26 Congressional Awards Dinner at Montclair State University.

The event, hosted by Mimi Feliciano, CEO & Founder of Connect for Freedom, recognizes young people for their leadership and creativity in raising educational awareness surrounding human trafficking. Students from across the region were celebrated for using their voices to make a meaningful difference on a serious issue.

Kimia earned 1st place in the K-5 poster contest — a remarkable achievement that reflects both her talent and her thoughtfulness. We are incredibly proud of the message she chose to share through her work and the courage it takes to speak up on an issue that matters.

Way to go, Kimia!
