The Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County is pleased to welcome two outstanding community leaders to its Board of Directors: Bill Smalls, a Financial Professional with New York Life, and Ann Szapor, Chief Nursing Officer at Monmouth Medical Center.

Bill’s connection to the Club runs deep — he first joined as a member more than five decades ago, and now returns to give back to the organization that shaped his youth. Ann brings a career-long passion for advancing the health and well-being of children and families throughout the community.

We are grateful for the insight and commitment they each bring to our mission, and we look forward to the impact they will make alongside our board.
