I hold a bachelor’s degree in Education and Psychology and have been part of the Boys & Girls Club movement since March 2006. What started as an early opportunity to work at a local Club grew into a long-term career in youth development. As a professional staff member, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside and learning from some of the brightest and most dedicated leaders in the field. Those experiences have helped shape my approach to leadership and continue to guide the work I do today.
Organizational operations, program growth, facility development, and building systems that support safe, engaging environments for young people. I’m especially passionate about creating spaces where youth feel supported and staff feel empowered to lead and grow.
The relationships. Over the years I’ve been fortunate to learn from incredible mentors while also building meaningful connections with young people and staff. Being able to pass along the knowledge and lessons I’ve gained to the next generation of leaders is something I value deeply.
Supporting student-athletes through the college search process, particularly baseball players, and helping them identify opportunities that align with both their academic and athletic goals.
Creating spaces where young people can truly thrive. I’m inspired by the idea that when youth are surrounded by supportive adults, strong peers, and safe environments, they can be creative, build confidence, and develop the network that prepares them for life beyond the Club.
