I graduated high school while being a part of their 4-year Creative Writing Academy program. I am currently working on my Bachelors in Psychology, minoring in Child Advocacy and Policy, through Montclair State University and Brookdale Community College.

As Red Bank’s Site-Supervisor, I focus on daily Club operations, supporting our youth-development staff, overseeing site-specific program facilitation, and planning monthly community events. Along with that, I facilitate the member-led youth service program Torch Club, helping our members learn the problems our community faces and monthly service projects that can alleviate some of these issues.

My favorite part of the job is showing up for the kids when it matters most and seeing how the relationships that foster inside the Club also show themselves after work hours. Taking the time to attend graduations, sports games, or events in the community and seeing our members so excited to see the staff outside of the Club. It’s amazing to be able to live my daily life and still have kids (both active and no-longer active members) so excited to talk to me while they’re out and about.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, and spending time with my friends.

It will always inspire me that I now work at the same Club that gave me support as a kid. My goal for my time here is to give our current members support and mentorship that can continue even after they no longer attend. I was given a second home at the Club when I needed it most, and being that for our kids now means more than anything to me.
