Over the course of my career in youth development I have held many roles, and I am currently the Asbury Park Unit Director.
Building strong relationships with parents and making them feel comfortable knowing their kids are safe and cared for.
Seeing the impact I have on the kids who walk through the building and watching them grow, build confidence, and accomplish things they didn’t think they could.
Hanging out with friends, creating new projects, and binge-watching Netflix series.
What inspires me is knowing I was once a Club kid myself and had role models I looked up to. It pushes me to be that same person for our members and make a difference.
