On March 10th, over 200 guests joined us at the Stone Pony to celebrate our 80 years of service to the community. Guests really enjoyed the ’80s theme, particularly the totally awesome music of Rubix Kube. While the costumes and entertainment were indeed radical, the highlight of the evening was exceeding our goal to sponsor after-school programming for 80 kids, to represent our 80 years. In under two minutes, we had 86 children sponsored at $1300 per child!

Guests were not only inspired by the mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County, but also by the impassioned speech by Executive Director Douglas Eagles and the perfectly framed video of the Club, produced and generously donated by Red Bank’s By & Large. Make plans to join us next year for the 8th annual Most Unusual Evening at the renovated Asbury Lanes!
